Is your candidate an Independent performer, Leader-Influencer or Collaborator at work? Is he/she an Implementer or Innovator in his/her planning and problem-solving?

Does he/she feel more at home in Stable, consistency providing or in Mobile, variety-providing work environments?

WOPI measures motivations as drivers of work roles, ways of thinking as drivers of planning and problem solving, and attitudes indicating suitable work environments.

Code & Tech skill test

I want to make the hiring process easier and faster for you. Together we design an online technical assignment for candidates based on your tech stack. You will see all candidates in a comparable ranking with the time spent and move forward only the best candidates.

Candidates’ fundamental skills testing in the pre-screening stage allows you to save your and your team's resources and interview only qualified candidates.
