Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy covers what we collect and how we use, disclose, transfer and store your information. This privacy policy is created based on the GDPR regulation (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data processing

When visiting talentlive.ee website, the user gives a consent to process their personal data according to the rules set in this privacy policy.


What information do we collect?

We collect a range of information about you which may include:

  • your name, address, and contact details, including email address, social media addresses, and telephone numbers, marital status, date of birth, and gender.

  • details of your qualifications, skills, experience, and employment history;

  • Information about your current level of compensation.

  • information about your entitlement to work in Estonia.

  • Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

  • Usage Data includes information about how you use our website.

  • Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and third parties and your communication preferences.

  • Special Categories Data includes health and criminal convictions and offenses.

We may also contact you to obtain further personal data if this is required for job applications and we will process it in accordance with this privacy policy.

If you provide additional personal data in your job application we will also process this in accordance with this privacy policy.


How is your personal data collected?

We use different methods to collect data from and about you including through:

Direct interactions. You may provide us with your personal data when you:   

  • apply for jobs;

  • ask us to contact you through our website;

  • request marketing to be sent to you;

  • give us some feedback

  • concluding agreement with us as a Client.

Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect Technical and Usage Data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, server logs and other similar technologies. We collect this data to gain knowledge about how our website performs. Third parties or publicly available sources. We may receive your Technical and Usage Data from providers such as Google and personal data from publicly available sources such as recruitment websites and social media.

Using personal data:

TalentLive uses collected personal data for the following purposes:

  • Offering you services offered on our website.

  • Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.


Location and forwarding of data.

TalentLive does not publish, enable access to or forward any personal data to third persons. Only TalentLive and persons authorized by TalentLive such as IT service providers have access to the TalentLive web environment and the data it contains.

As part of the service, TalentLive may forward personal data to third persons, primarily to employers, who ensure the relevant data protection and with whom a confidentiality agreement is concluded.

Cooperation partners of TalentLive may be companies from Estonia, the EU, the EEA or in third countries that are listed by the European Commission as countries with an adequate level of data protection.


Storing personal data

TalentLive retains a candidate’s personal data until the end of the contractual period of the recruitment process or for 36 months in TalentLive’s Talent Database from the moment the data was received with the data subject’s consent. The candidate can consent to this when applying for a job position made public by TalentLive. Throughout this period, the candidates who agreed to their data being retained will be notified of TalentLive’s other job offers depending on the data subject’s suitability for the job position in question. At the end of this period, the data subject’s personal data is deleted from TalentLive’s Talent Database as well as from various communication channels (Outlook, the recruiter’s mobile phone). If a candidate proves to be successful in the recruitment process, their personal data will be managed according to the Privacy Policy of TalentLive’s client during the course of the employment relationship.


User rights

The user has the right to access their data at any time. The candidate has the right to receive information about if and how TalentLive uses their personal data and who has been granted access to this data. To request the access to own personal data, edit or delete it, please send the request to jelena@talentlive.ee


Cookies

TalentLive website and social media uses cookies to analyze and improve user experience.

TalentLive also uses Google Analytics functions to analyze the use on the web environment.

Users have an option to disable cookies in their browsers, but this may cause problems in the functioning of the web environment and prevent its use.


Changes to the privacy policy

TalentLive reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy unilaterally and without prior notice. Privacy Policy can always be found on TalentLive website in its most recent form.
